Daniel began showing around the age of 10 and was a product of the ever-successful Pony Club. He gained early experience riding Cross Country and Show Jumping, with a little Dressage mixed in. In his teens, Daniel became interested in the Western Performance disciplines, and in particular, cattle events.
Daniel's equine horizons continued to broaden and his resume became even more diverse. In 2007, he was a Top 10 finalist at the ARHA World Show, and was ARHA World Champion in 2008. In Daniel's freshman year at Cornell University, he was a member of the Cornell Polo Team. He has also achieved Register of Merit Awards and World Show Qualifications with the AQHA. Daniel has been lucky to have the guidance of some great knowledgeable trainers in multiple disciplines. Daniel is an Nrha Open Money earner, which is where lies his main focus.
To date, Daniel has shown in nearly every western performance event, from Working Cow Horse to Reining to Roping. He has held memberships and competed successfully in the AQHA, NRHA, USTRC, SRA, NCA, NTRL, as well as other organizations. Experience with such a broad range of disciplines and types of horses has given him invaluable foundation to draw upon in training the modern day reining horse. It allows him to customize an approach for every type of equine athlete and mindset, and create a training program that allows horses to become successful.
